Si es as\u00ed, no est\u00e1s solo. \u00daltimamente, hemos observado un aumento notable de la ansiedad y del insomnio relacionado con ella.<\/p><br><p>Datos recientes de encuestas nacionales sugieren que la ansiedad seguir\u00e1 siendo elevada en 2026, y muchos estadounidenses reportar\u00e1n una ansiedad significativa relacionada con las finanzas, la incertidumbre y los acontecimientos actuales.<\/p><br><p>Dado el clima global actual, esto no es sorprendente.
