Therapy For Letting Go
What would it be like if you were able to release doubt, fear and limiting beliefs in general? With that kind of clearing, wouldn’t it make sense that you would find yourself in a much more empowered place? Wouldn’t it be easier to achieve your goals? That is what releasing can do for you.
A Very Personal Explanation Of What Releasing Is:
Releasing is the technique of letting go of that which is only holding you back. As a teenager I remember being physically abused by my parents. Even though some of these things happened many years ago, I could vividly remember them like as if it happened just yesterday. I even remember going to church and hearing the words, “Forget and forgive.” Sounds great but how? How can someone let go of pain caused by someone they loved, when the ones that caused it show no remorse at all?
Through 20+ years of non-stop, immersive seeking and searching, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge that I’ve combined with my own style of releasing. The easiest way to describe what I do (even though this description doesn’t do it justice) is that this a guided meditation which incorporates NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programing, Hypnotherapy and Releasing. My goal is to not only tap into the subconscious mind but even the super conscious which is something that not a lot of healers have an understanding of.
In short, this humble methodology is your way of reaching results faster and more effectively.
What is the difference?
First let me preface this by saying that there is nothing more effective than retraining the subconscious mind than hypnotherapy. Once upon a time, I suffered from severe insomnia that I had tried everything for and it wasn’t until I came in to see Sasha, that I once again was able to sleep normally. What releasing does is up what hypnotherapy can do and, in itself, it can create some amazing positive changes. People are often surprised at what it can do.
A metaphor that I like giving people is that of changing the oil in your car. What is always done before new clean oil is added to an engine? The old dirty oil is drained out. What if we just added clean new oil to the old dirty oil? The oil would still be cleaner but still filled with some dirty particles.
Releasing work is like draining the oil while hypnotherapy is like adding new oil. For the best results, one must release on their negative thoughts, experiences and pain, before inputting the new programming that you want to function from.

Can you do hypnotherapy without releasing?
Yes you can. But I’m telling you that the combination of both is even more powerful. For me personally, no amount of hypnotherapy could make me forgive someone when I didn’t release the anger that I felt for them in the moment. It’s by first releasing and letting go, that you can create a clearing for a new possibility.
Will you really forget everything?
Yes and no. Somethings I used to cling onto old memories and remember them as though they had just happened yesterday even though realistically, they had happened years ago. Now that I’ve used Releasing techniques, that stuff no longer even pops into my mind. I find myself much more in the present and at peace.
Other things I can still remember but they don’t hold the IMAX 3D version of the story it once did. Now it’s like a black and white 2D picture somewhere in the far off distance with no sound.
