I started HEAL YOURSELF Therapy because hypnotherapy was the one thing that actually worked for my severe anxiety—the kind rooted in deep trauma. At the time, I felt broken. I had tried everything: talk therapy, psychiatry and prescription meds. But none of it reached the core. I needed something that could go deeper—something that could actually rewire what was happening inside me.

Session after session, hypnotherapy helped me release pain, fear and old beliefs. That’s when I saw my future clearly: I was going to help others get the guidance and tools they needed to finally break through. Not just cope—but transform.

Today, while we are famous for our hypnotherapy, we’ve expanded to include Body Code, Reiki and Life Coaching—modalities that, like hypnotherapy, support true emotional healing and subconscious change.
